Dispatching is both an art and a science, and requires a great deal of patience. Our dispatchers are customer advocates; they will always make decisions with our customers’ best interest in mind. They take into account our customers’ preferences to better accommodate their special needs.
Our dispatchers are also masters of keeping things under control. Their primary task is trip management, which includes among other things: receiving reservations, scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring trip progress. They have access to up-to-date information, and will proactively communicate to family members and caregivers the progress of a trip. They track our vehicles and drivers in real-time by leveraging a mobile app and an online console, which allows them to have reliable information such as the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for any trip.
They are central to our success, and they ensure that all trips are executed safely, on time and with a rare customer focused dedication.
