How much will my trip cost?

The cost of a trip depends on distance and level of service. Call us at 480-800-3130 and we will be more than happy to give you a competitive quote.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card.

Can my service animal ride with me?

Absolutely, your service animal is welcome to ride with you.

Can a family member or caretaker ride with me?

Yes, as a courtesy we allow one family member or caretaker to ride with you at no extra charge.

Can you provide an attendant during a trip?

Yes, we can provide an attendant at an extra charge. As an example, if you or a loved one needs someone to accompany him/her to a doctor’s appoint, just let us know and we will arrange for an attendant. We require 48 hours advance notice for this service – don’t forget to let us know at the time you schedule your trip.

Can we stop at the pharmacy?

Yes, we can – our hourly waiting charge will apply [read more].

What options do I have for my return trip?

You have 3 options: 1) wait and return, 2) set a time for the return, or 3) will-call. We will explain the difference at the time you schedule your trip.

Can I book you on an hourly basis?

Yes, we are flexible and we will take your preferences into account. If you have several trips with multiple stops, it may make sense to book us by the hour. In all events, we will work with you to tailor a cost effective option that meets your needs.

Can you provide a CPAP machine?

We will be breaking the law if we did. We are licensed as a livery non-emergency service. We do not provide any medical monitoring or treatment nor can we carry any medical equipment in our vehicles. We fully comply with Arizona Statutes 36-2223.

Why do your vehicles have names?

We give our vehicles names because they are part of our team. It is also fun and a unique way to set us apart [read more].

Are you a taxi/cab company?

We are not.  We are different in many ways, more specifically in how we are licensed and the level of service we provide. [Read More]

Do you have wheelchair accessible vans?

Yes, our minivans and full-size vans are equipped to transport customers who must be seated on wheelchairs while being transported. Our vans are fitted for safety and comfort, and are equipped with the latest safety equipment. As such, we provide exceptional wheelchair transportation services to our customers.
