Unfortunately, we can’t. We are not licensed to monitor patients while being transported. If you need to go to the ER, please call an ambulance company, they are equipped to handle these types of rides.
Each trip is different. We need basic information to give you a firm quote. Call us at 480-800-3130, or use our online from to request a ride.
This is your choice. For the return leg of your trip we offer three options:
  1. WillCall: You call us at 480-800-3130 when you are ready for your return. We guarantee a vehicle within 60 minutes (one hour). This option is the cheapest.
  2. Scheduled Return: If you know exactly when you will be ready to return, you can schedule your return for a specific time. Your driver should be arriving within 15 minutes of the scheduled return time. We will allow you 15 minutes of wait time at no charge. If you are delayed beyond 15 minutes, we will charge you for wait time.
  3. Wait and Return: The driver will wait with you at your appointment. He/She will return you immediately when you are ready. We will charge you for wait time.
Yes, one companion is allowed at no additional cost to you. Make sure to let us know at the time you are scheduling your ride.
Yes, we can provide a wheelchair at no additional cost to you. Make sure to let us know at the time when you schedule your ride.
Yes, as long as we can safely secure it to the van. We take safety seriously. As a result, we might not be able to accommodate certain types of electric scooters that cannot be secured safely.
